Prace has been awarded a fourth consecutive Reconnect contract, servicing Darebin, Whittlesea, Banyule, Nillumbik, Moreland and Mitchell (Wallan and Beveridge) local government areas. Reconnect continues to provide participants with case work support to reengage with education, training and NOW, employment.

Financial support to contribute towards the costs associated with education, training and employment is also available, as well as access to a dedicated Employment Pathways Case Worker to support participants in their search for employment.

With a broader eligibility, the new Reconnect can assist many who would have otherwise been excluded from the service under previous funding rounds. Those referred to Reconnect can now hold a completed Year 12 certificate and/or completed qualifications and still be eligible for support.

To discuss the service or to make a referral, please contact the Reconnect Manager, Adriana 0457 892 893 or apugliese@prace.vic.edu.au.
