
Join us every Thursday for a FREE Chair Yoga session. Chair yoga is a great way to strengthen and tone the body. Especially the core. It is also good to learn that our arms are an extension of our heart and the more we use chair yoga to strengthen the upper body the more freedom we can find and it is easier for us to express love for ourselves and others. The amazing Lorraine Furmston of SunRoom, teacher of Gita Hatha Yoga, Progressive Yoga Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness-Based Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pranayama, and Philosophy will be your teacher. She received rave reviews from the men and women of all ages who participated in her Beginners Yoga at Creeds Farm last year.
