Take a mindful pause in your week and connect with your creativity in this relaxing, free one-hour group. Guided by an experienced arts therapist, you’ll explore gentle art-making processes alongside simple mindfulness techniques to support your wellbeing, reduce stress, and nurture self-care.
No art skills needed – just bring yourself, curiosity, and a willingness to slow down and tune in.

About Cody:
Cody from Cody Fisher Therapies is a queer neurodivergent Art Therapist, Ecotherapist, and Clinical Counsellor who brings warmth, creativity and care to every session. With a background in trauma-informed practice, Cody supports people of all ages to express themselves, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. His inclusive, nature-based and arts-centred approach is grounded in mindfulness, deep listening, and a strong belief in the healing power of creativity.
Cody has worked in a wide range of settings including community centres, hospitals, disability support, aged care, and schools – offering 1:1 sessions, group programs and workshops in Wollert, Melbourne and online (telehealth).
