Grishma is a certified yoga teacher with over 4 years of experience, bringing a calm and uplifting energy to every class she leads. Trained in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga in Rishikesh, India. She blends traditional practices with a modern approach to support strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing. Her sessions focus on mindful movement, breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation. Helping individuals feel balanced, refreshed and more connected in their daily lives. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where students can build both physical strength and inner awareness.
